Job summary

SAB Newlands Brewery in Cape Town is seeking a dedicated brewing plant operator to run the Brew house and fermentation processes, perform wort cooling, yeast management and filtration QC, and support maintenance tasks. You will coach team members to maintain product quality at optimal cost.

The role requires good problem-solving, communication, and ability to work shifts in a full-time capacity at Newlands Brewery.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Brew house Plant and Process.
• Operate Beverage Fermentation Plant and Process; Wort Cooling, Yeast Management, Filtration QC.
• Provide guidance to teammates and ensure quality checks.
