This role involves leading teams to maintain high operational standards in brewing, ensuring product quality, and managing productivity. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Biological Sciences or Chemistry, have completed a brewing traineeship, and have at least 2 years of production experience, including managerial responsibilities.

The Key Purpose of this role as a brewing expert is to lead and manage area teams to deliver sound operational and technical practices in the brewing department underpinned by prescribed VPO practices. The Brewing Area Manager is required to meet the production plan, adhering to all VPO pillars, and maintain a high level of control against the budgeted KPIs as well as the variable and fixed costs controllable within the team.
