Stellenbosch Area – Western Cape : Our client is looking for a Branding & Marketing Manager to join the team.

POSITION INFO : MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Marketing or a related field - or similar degree or qualification
- 2-3 years’ experience in a relevant environment
- Good analytical skills and a creative mind
- Up to date with the latest marketing trends and best practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Drivers licence and own transport
- Travel internationally if required
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :
- Co-ordinate and implement brand strategies aligned with the business’s overall goals
- Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights and adapt our strategies accordingly
- Co-ordinate the development and execution of marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and loyalty.
- Co-ordinate the creation and maintenance of existing and future brand visual identities
- Contribute to creative development of world-class branding and marketing campaigns, using that to motivate global customers to embrace these branding campaigns.
- Oversee the production of advertisements, promotional materials and marketing campaigns
- Translate brand elements into plans to support go-to-market strategies
- Compile design briefs and liaise with service providers
- Co-ordinate social media strategy
- Contribute to and co-ordinate social media and audio-visual content development
- Support a team working on brand initiatives to drive customer engagement
- Monitor budgets, ensuring all branding activities are within allocated financial plans.
- Report on in-market brand performance and execution plans
- Work closely with service providers to enhance the brands’ marketing efforts.
