The purpose of this role is to work with strategy lead to craft strategic outputs including creative briefs, research reports and analyses, selling narratives, strategic POVS and go-to market plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Has the overall responsibility for writing briefs and conducting briefings on several brands and the ability to mentor and train others in the same pursuits.
  2. Acts as a catalyst to creative and brand teams in seeking out new ways to add value to the brand and in identifying future opportunities.
  3. Demonstrates the maturity and leadership skills to become a key player in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary cross-agency team.
  4. Leverages data and insights to write inspiring briefs and lead creative briefings with little supervision.
  5. Demonstrates a proficiency in the usage and translation of all types of data into leverageable insights to drive creative thinking and client growth.
  6. Is a knowledgeable leader for planners and associate planners and is able to help them grow in the discipline.
  7. Pro-actively seeks out opportunities to make the work better in a collaborative way.
  8. Builds strong relationships with middle level marketing clients and earns their trust and respect.
  9. Demonstrates and fosters a collaborative work environment in which ideas flourish.
