Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Growth Specialist / Sales Representative to join our clients growing skincare brand in the Western Cape. Based in Cape Town, this individual will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, business growth, and building strong relationships with B2B clients in the aesthetics and beauty industries. The ideal candidate will have a background in skincare, aesthetics, or beauty with strong experience in B2B sales, training, and new business development.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales and Business Development :
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients in the beauty, skincare, and aesthetic sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with B2B clients including spas, salons, and skincare clinics.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and meetings with potential clients to promote our skincare products and services.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with clients.
Training and Product Knowledge :
- Provide training and support to clients on the use and benefits of our skincare products, ensuring they have a deep understanding of the brand.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops for clients and staff at partnered businesses.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations to educate clients continuously and offer expert advice.
Market and Competitor Analysis :
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for brand positioning and expansion.
- Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and branding strategies.
Customer Service & Relationship Management :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent communication and after-sales support.
Reporting and Administration :
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and feedback using CRM tools.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to senior management.
Requirements :
- Experience & Qualifications :
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in the skincare, aesthetics, or beauty industry.
- Relevant qualifications in skincare, beauty, aesthetics, or a related field.
- Strong track record of successfully growing business, developing new clients, and exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience in providing training and product demonstrations is a plus.
