Overview

This role is dedicated to educating and empowering young girls by delivering engaging product presentations and demonstrations in schools. The Brand Representative will foster awareness of feminism and the challenges faced during life cycle changes. Successful candidates will achieve defined daily, weekly, and monthly targets while effectively managing their territory and workload.

Responsibilities
  1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Deliver exceptional product demonstrations and presentations to target audiences.
  3. Achieve presentation targets through effective product sampling and promotion.
  4. Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism.
  5. Ensure thorough product knowledge among target audiences.
  6. Prepare all necessary materials and stock in advance for presentations.
  7. Arrange for frequent stock collection from the warehouse to ensure availability.
Qualifications
  1. Grade 12
  2. Exceptional relationship-building and time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and targets.
  3. Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong work ethic.
  4. Full-time availability from Monday to Sunday depending on the schedule.
  5. Working hours: 07:00 to 15:00 during school presentations and 09:00 to 17:00 during retail execution.
  6. Ability to work effectively in both formal and informal settings.
  7. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
