Job summary

Honey Recruitment Specialists is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the growth of health and wellness brands. You will manage social media content calendars, coordinate with designers and influencers, and assist with product launches and market insights.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will ensure brand consistency across channels and deliver engaging campaigns that resonate with consumers and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in marketing, brand, social media, or content-focused role.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns or product launches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media content calendars across multiple brands.
• Coordinate content creation with designers, creators, influencers, and agencies.
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
• Identify social media trends and opportunities to improve brand visibility and engagement.
• Coordinate influencer, ambassador, and creator partnerships.
• Support execution of brand and marketing plans and campaigns.
• Coordinate campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.
• Assist with product launches, launch materials, and marketing collateral.
• Monitor competitor activity and conduct consumer research to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate suppliers, agencies, creators, and other external partners.
• Maintain marketing calendars, launch trackers, and asset libraries.
