Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the Marketing Manager to build the Beauty Brand & Communication strategy for launching new Beauty Businesses within the Group, supporting the goal of increasing Market share in Beauty.
  2. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create awareness, attract new Customers, and engage and retain current Customers, supporting the strategies for Beauty Brands, Private Label, and Branded Beauty.
  3. Initiate, manage, and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive revenue and customer acquisition across all channels, utilizing Customer insights and trends.
  4. Identify, manage, and promote Brand and Beauty exposure across appropriate media channels.
  5. Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure marketing communications align with business objectives.
  6. Find innovative ways to attract, engage, and convert new Customers.
  7. Work with supporting teams, Product, Online, and Bash to ensure successful campaigns and promotions.
  8. Manage the marketing calendar in collaboration with stakeholders.
  9. Coordinate weekly retail promotions, keeping all stakeholders informed.
  10. Support influencer marketing, seeding campaigns, PR activities, and liaising with bloggers and press.
  11. Deliver marketing projects within budget and timeline, meeting objectives or ROI targets.
  12. Stay informed about Consumer and competitor trends and insights.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Marketing Degree
  • 3-4 years of Brand management experience
  • Retail experience is advantageous
