Job description

To deliver business, marketing, and communication objectives via TTL campaigns that unlock revenue growth for Clicks owned and strategic drive brands.

To develop tactical and innovative campaigns that promote newness and attract footfall to Clicks. To support the annual promotional and communications calendar, ensuring all campaigns are delivered effectively and meet their objectives according to the marketing operating plan.

To manage the alignment of all marketing elements with the brand identity, including above-the-line (TV campaigns), below-the-line (in-store activations and promotions), and online channels (social media, website, online campaigns).

To oversee marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are implemented cost-effectively in the short and medium term.

To build positive relationships with internal stakeholders (merchandise, stores, advertising agencies, leadership teams) and external stakeholders (suppliers, online partners, production companies).

To deliver marketing communications that meet customer expectations, maintain brand integrity, and evaluate branding decisions against the brand strategy.

To monitor marketing trends continuously and make recommendations to keep the brand relevant to consumer needs.

To measure and report on promotion and marketing performance, recommending enhancements to improve results.

To conceptualize, design, deliver, and implement marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and brand strategy.

Formal Qualifications
