To deliver business, marketing, and communication objectives via TTL campaigns that unlock revenue growth for Clicks owned and Strategic drive brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute tactical and innovative campaigns to promote newness and attract foot traffic to Clicks.
- Support the annual promotional and communications calendar, ensuring all campaigns meet their objectives in line with the Marketing operating plan.
- Align all marketing elements with the Brand identity, including above-the-line (TV campaigns), below-the-line (in-store activations and promotions), and online campaigns (social media, website).
- Manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaign implementation over short and medium terms.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders (merchandise, stores, leadership teams) and external partners (suppliers, agencies, online platforms).
- Deliver marketing communications that meet customer expectations and maintain brand integrity.
- Monitor marketing trends, evaluate branding decisions, and make recommendations to keep the brand relevant.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, providing insights and suggestions for improvements.
- Conceptualize, design, and implement marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and brand strategy.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Marketing Degree or Diploma.
- 3-5 years of marketing management experience in a retail environment.
- 2-3 years of Brand Management experience.
- 5 years of Stakeholder Management experience.
- 2-3 years in Digital Marketing.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Deep understanding of media and advertising environments.
- Fundamentals of product marketing and merchandise delivery.
- Awareness of competitive landscape and customer differentiation strategies.
- Strong strategic marketing, research, planning, and analytical skills.
- Leadership and project management capabilities.
