Job Description

We are looking for a Brand Manager to lead the assigned therapeutic area portfolio, driving the launch, market leadership, and revenue growth of the brands.

The role involves collaborating with multiple commercial operations teams for strategy development, creative and execution plans, product support, and sales execution.

The responsibilities include operating within the organizational business code of conduct, policies, and all applicable laws and regulations. You will develop robust marketing insights for the Brand Plan with a patient-centric focus and maintain an up-to-date understanding of customer perspectives through regular engagement with healthcare providers and stakeholders.

You will develop the portfolio for the relevant therapeutic area, aligning the brands and enabling the sales team to meet sales and market share targets. You will lead the design and implementation of multi-channel marketing initiatives, using innovative tactics to strengthen campaigns, improve stakeholder engagement, and customize content for CLM.

You will manage the promotional budget to optimize channel strategies for marketing initiatives and cross-functional campaigns. Advising on the optimal use of channels will ensure the Brand Story is consistently communicated and brought to life by Brand and In-Field Teams.

You will manage engagements with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals, ensuring flawless execution of marketing initiatives by the Infield team and managing the CLM process for tactical support.

You will lead digital listening and research to strengthen insights, synthesizing stakeholder feedback to inform brand strategies, competitive positioning, and market dynamics. Coordination with the COE team for market research and insights collection will be essential.

Providing product training and role play sessions to the sales team will be part of your responsibilities to enhance product knowledge and selling effectiveness. Collaboration with sales, regulatory, market access, finance, business development, and the COE will be necessary for developing integrated marketing campaigns and identifying potential generic products.

You will support product listing with institutions (government and private hospitals).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy / Health Sciences or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in Brand Management
