- Develop and implement an integrated brand strategy for optimal business results.
- Brand Positioning
- Assist in achieving brand positioning and contribute ideas to brand plans.
- Marketing Communications
- Develop and deliver campaigns across all media to support the business plan and increase sales.
- Utilize all channels in an integrated manner to deliver on brand strategy.
- Identify suitable brand opportunities and execute accordingly.
- Data Collection and Analysis
- Collect and analyze data using predefined tools and methods, working independently.
- Deliver small project workstreams within defined time and quality parameters, adhering to project management methodologies.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify stakeholders, understand their needs, and react by arranging meetings and drafting materials to promote understanding and commitment.
- Agency Management: Manage day-to-day agency operations to achieve optimal resource return.
- Manage internal and external supplier relationships to ensure brand strategy delivery across the value chain.
- Marketing Impact Assessment
- Support data collection and participate in reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
- Personal Capability Building
- Participate in assessments, training, and coaching; maintain professional accreditation; stay updated on technology, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Operational Compliance
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Obtain necessary approvals for exceptions. Maintain brand governance on all communications and CI applications.
