Job description

Be a custodian of the brand. Create, execute, and monitor brand strategies that deliver on brand requirements. Report, monitor, and analyze marketing and brand activities, maintaining a keen interest in the growth and profitability of the overall business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Marketing Execution
  2. Create brand prominence through coordinated activities and communication.
  3. Deliver against business metrics through multiple activities and touchpoints.
  4. Brand Strategy and Effectiveness
  5. Manage brand(s) and coordinate support activities, using brand tracking and performance analysis to inform future actions.
  6. Develop and implement an integrated brand strategy for optimal business results.
  7. Brand Positioning
  8. Assist in achieving brand positioning and contribute ideas to brand plans.
  9. Marketing Communications
  10. Develop and deliver campaigns across all media to support the business plan and increase sales.
  11. Utilize all channels in an integrated manner to deliver on brand strategy.
  12. Identify suitable brand opportunities and execute accordingly.
  13. Data Collection and Analysis
  14. Collect and analyze data using predefined tools and methods, working independently.
  15. Deliver small project workstreams within defined time and quality parameters, adhering to project management methodologies.
  16. Stakeholder Engagement
  17. Identify stakeholders, understand their needs, and react by arranging meetings and drafting materials to promote understanding and commitment.
  18. Agency Management: Manage day-to-day agency operations to achieve optimal resource return.
  19. Manage internal and external supplier relationships to ensure brand strategy delivery across the value chain.
  20. Marketing Impact Assessment
  21. Support data collection and participate in reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
  22. Personal Capability Building
  23. Participate in assessments, training, and coaching; maintain professional accreditation; stay updated on technology, regulations, and industry best practices.
  24. Operational Compliance
  25. Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Obtain necessary approvals for exceptions. Maintain brand governance on all communications and CI applications.
