Job Title: Brand Manager

Essential Functions:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on customer trends and predict future trends.
- Develop strategies and manage brand marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, and online platforms to meet customer expectations and enhance brand credibility.
- Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and create performance reports.
- Supervise advertising, product design, and other marketing activities to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage a team of managers, coordinators, and assistants.
- Define and implement brand communication strategies using various media for internal and external audiences.
- Create, execute, and oversee marketing programs and campaigns.
- Act as the custodian of the brand, maintaining brand integrity.
- Possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Support media, retail, brand, CSI, online, and activation initiatives.
- Resolve escalated issues effectively and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
- Continuously improve processes, governance, tools, technology, and standards to establish best practices.
- Coach and develop team members to enhance individual performance and ensure cultural alignment.
- Conduct regular development conversations and support team members' growth and contribution to the company culture.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric certificate required).
- Tertiary education or a Marketing Degree is advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing or brand management role preferred.
- Ability to create, interpret, and present data and reports.
- Full understanding of marketing pillars.
- Experience in media, advertising, or branding roles.
