A leading company in Johannesburg is seeking a Brand Manager to develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies including market research and promotional tactics. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, alongside 3-5 years of experience managing brands across both traditional and social media platforms. Join a dynamic team dedicated to fostering consumer engagement and ensuring brand consistency.
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and plans, including brand positioning, messaging and target audience identification.
Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitors and industry insights.
Collaborate with internal teams such as graphic design team and Product Owner to align brand and marketing objectives and develop marketing plans.
Create and manager brand budgets.
Develop and implement promotional and advertising strategies and plans, including print, digital and social media channels.
Develop and implement marketing tactics and activations to promote consumer engagement.
Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Maintain brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and compliance with Group Marketing Corporate Identity in accordance with Gaming Board compliance.
Build and manage relationships with keys stakeholders, including agencies, media partners and vendors.
Manage and implement product launches, events and activations and coordinate with relevant teams.
If you have these qualifications, join our team : Matric (NQF 4), Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration or a related field, 3-5 years' experience as a brand manager, in both traditional and social media aspects, Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics and branding principles, High attention to detail, Service orientated and standards of high quality, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
