Faircape Group is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing / Brand Manager to lead marketing efforts for our Inpower Energy, WUS, and CCTV Technologies brands.

This role is ideal for a high-impact marketer who excels in building smart strategies, generating qualified leads, and deeply understands complex, service-based technical offerings.

You should be comfortable working with technical subject matter and transforming it into compelling, results-focused marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead holistic marketing strategies to drive growth, brand visibility, and customer acquisition across digital and offline platforms.
  • Design and execute go-to-market campaigns tailored to commercial, industrial, and property sector segments.
  • Identify and define target audiences, map customer journeys, and create segmented marketing funnels.
  • Oversee all integrated campaigns from concept to execution, working closely with creative and content teams.
  • Direct the development of marketing materials including brochures, ads, videos, case studies, and proposal documents.
  • Maintain accurate and engaging website content optimised for SEO and aligned with brand voice.
  • Analyse campaign performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Lead implementation of PPC, paid social media, LinkedIn, and email campaigns to attract and convert leads.
  • Manage internal briefs, allocate creative resources, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Coordinate external suppliers/vendors when needed to support campaign execution.
  • Create and maintain content calendars across digital platforms including blogs and social media.
  • Monitor trends, competitor positioning, and industry insights to inform marketing direction.
  • Support sales, technical, and operational teams with targeted marketing tools and content.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in marketing, ideally within energy, technology, or service sectors
  • Demonstrated success in developing strategies and generating qualified leads
  • Strong digital marketing expertise, including SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn, CRM platforms
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and creative content pipelines
