Job description

About Keen

At Keen, we don't just deliver services — we embed ourselves into the heart of our clients' businesses. From digital marketing and creative to customer experience, we craft bold, high-performance digital experiences for global brands. Keen helps some of the most exciting U.S. and international brands scale smarter by embedding expert teams that drive results across marketing, creative, customer experience, and sales. We're not a legacy agency. We're a partner in growth — and that's where you come in.

About The Role

We're hiring a Brand Manager to oversee studio coordination, product fulfillment, and the operational execution of a luxury creative brand experience. This is a cross-functional role where you'll act as the glue between studios, product operations, vendors, and high-touch client service — ensuring the brand delivers excellence across every touchpoint. As Brand Manager, you'll champion the end-to-end brand experience, from in-studio appointments to product delivery. You'll ensure brand consistency across operations, fulfillment, and client-facing workflows, working closely with teams in LA, NYC, and Cape Town.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, detail-driven environments and has a passion for delivering seamless, premium experiences that align with brand values.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily operations across two studio locations, including scheduling, workspace readiness, staff coordination, and client appointments
  • Manage internal and freelance team workflows across multiple time zones (CPT, LA, NYC)
  • Own the full order lifecycle for both custom and ready-made products — from inventory

tracking and fulfillment to on-time delivery for on-set and professional clients

  • Coordinate closely with stylists, assistants, and high-touch clients to ensure smooth

communication and exceptional service

  • Maintain vendor and supplier relationships to manage restocking, timelines, and product

availability

  • Monitor inventory levels, order volume, and sales trends; generate reports and forecast

demand for leadership

  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and sales teams on product launches, packaging

updates, and improvements to the order experience

  • Ensure brand standards are upheld across all physical and digital touchpoints, including

packaging, studio presentation, and communication flows

  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency,

accuracy, and brand alignment

  • Support administrative tasks such as invoicing, payroll coordination, vendor payments,

and team scheduling

  • Maintain operational documentation and manage systems across Shopify, Airtable,

Google Workspace, and Slack

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, e-commerce, or production coordination (beauty, fashion, or entertainment preferred)
  • Experience managing remote workflows and multi-location teams - especially within the US market
  • Experience in the creative space or on creative projects
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to balance logistics with client service
  • Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, adapt quickly, and make autonomous decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working U.S. hours and supporting fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
  • Bonus: Experience with product-based brands, set life, or emergency fulfillment workflows

Benefits

What's In It for You

  • Hybrid role with potential travel opportunity yearly
  • Partner closely with a fast-growing luxury brand at the intersection of artistry, fashion, and production
  • Collaborative, supportive, and high-performance culture
  • Competitive pay with room for growth as the brand scales
  • Birthday leave + professional development budget
  • Join a global team that values ownership, clarity, and problem-solving

This is a hybrid in-office role based in Foreshore, Cape Town. Working hours align with U.S. client operations: 3 pm to 12 am SAST (4 pm to 1 am during U.S. winter hours). Reliable commuting is required.
