Job description

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for design, branding, and marketing? Do you thrive in fast-paced, creative environments where attention to detail, collaboration, and initiative are key? ARRCC is seeking a Brand Manager to take ownership of our brand presence across media, marketing, and public platforms.

As Brand Manager, you'll be the steward of ARRCC's brand identity—guiding how we show up in the world, from PR and digital content to brochures and newsletters. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and collaborate across PR, graphics, social, and asset management teams to deliver compelling, consistent, and strategically aligned brand outputs. You'll bring both creative vision and analytical rigour, always staying ahead of trends and ensuring ARRCC remains top-of-mind among luxury design audiences.

Please note that only candidates currently residing in Cape Town, South Africa, will be considered for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategy & Leadership – Drive brand strategy, lead annual planning, analyse competitor trends, and oversee brand performance reporting.
  • Content & Collateral – Guide the creation of marketing materials, ensuring visual and verbal alignment with ARRCC's design DNA.
  • PR & Media – Manage global media exposure, craft and approve press content, and drive coverage in top-tier architecture, luxury, and design platforms.
  • Digital & Social – Lead digital strategy, SEO, and paid campaigns. Oversee newsletters, manage Mailchimp, and track analytics.
  • Asset Management – Oversee photoshoot strategy and ensure strategic projects are beautifully captured and archived.
  • Public Forums – Identify award and speaking opportunities, lead submissions, and ensure brand-aligned representation at global forums.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Proven success in brand management, ideally in architecture, luxury design, or creative industries.

Strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a love for storytelling.

Excellent stakeholder management, with confidence presenting to directors and media partners.

Strong knowledge of digital tools : Microsoft Office, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, Mailchimp, and Power BI is a plus.

Highly organised, proactive, collaborative, and creatively driven.
