Qualifications

• Matric Certificate is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant market experience with leadership of large teams.
• Experience in a branded retail environment is preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills to use financial data for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional consumer experience through brand standards.
• Lead and develop the Store Management Team and staff.
• Hold P&L accountability and drive profitability.
