Brand Experiences Account Manager

Location: Hybrid – 3 days remote, 2 days in-office

Reports to: Sales Manager

Your Mission

To drive revenue, build relationships, and deliver standout brand experiences. You’ll manage a portfolio of leading brands, run national campaigns, and bring creative activations to life.

Outcomes

In Your First 12 Months, You Will

  • Close R15–R32 million in revenue from existing brand clients.
  • Earn very lucartive commissions
  • Retain a global brand and build a portfolio of 4+ active brand clients
  • Successfully plan and execute 30+ campaigns
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with brand and marketing decision-makers

Responsibilities

  • Pitch and manage centre court, retail and experiential campaigns
  • Own the client relationship—from proposal to post-campaign wrap-up
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign rollout
  • Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables
  • Analyse performance and prepare clear post-campaign reports
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, media formats, and retail opportunities
  • Understand key production elements: print, digital signage, and event logistics

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years in brand activations, media sales, events or shopper marketing
  • A proven ability to hit and exceed revenue targets
  • Confidence managing national brand clients and high-value campaigns
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple campaigns with calm and focus
  • Bonus: Experience in centre court or mall activations, digital signage, or eventing
