Qualificações

• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, friendly, and professional approach when engaging with customers.
• Willingness to work on-site in Cape Town.
• Good personal presentation and a customer-focused attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn about products, services, and brand messaging.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the brand in a professional, positive, and engaging manner at all times.
• Interact directly with customers to introduce products, services, and promotions.
• Build awareness of the brand through face-to-face customer engagement.
• Demonstrate product or service features and explain their benefits.
• Help maintain high presentation standards at promotional sites and events.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve campaign goals.
