Are you an organised, proactive individual with strong administrative abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a solid understanding of marketing and the clothing industry? We’re seeking a detail-oriented team member to add value to our diverse marketing and product development department.   • Diploma or degree in Fashion or a related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in an administrative, product development, or marketing support role (experience in the fashion or textile industry is advantageous).
  • User knowledge of software, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with technical pack creation and product documentation preferred.Liaise with suppliers and coordinate delivery of samples, swatches, and branded materials.Coordinate and schedule tasks with the Product Development Team.omfort with cold calling and direct liaison with suppliers and customers.

Office & Administrative Support

  • Oversee the organisation and maintenance of the general office environment.
  • Assist with various departmental projects and provide general administrative support.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and assist in the development and implementation of enhanced procedures.
  • Receive and sign for parcels and samples delivered to the office.
  • File and manage fabric swatches, trim samples, and approval records.
  • File lab dip and trim approvals accurately and maintain updated records.
  • Organise and maintain the sample room and sample tracking systems.
  • Update and maintain fabric hangers in the sample room.
  • Control and maintain the sample sealing process, including storage of approved seals.

Sample Development & Technical Documentation

  • Coordinate sample development and approvals, including communication with procurement and factories.
  • Track and manage all sample development stages via Monday.com.
  • Measure samples to ensure alignment with approved specifications and size standards.
  • Assist with fitting samples and ensure accurate documentation of feedback.
  • Oversee the approval of sample cards and communicate relevant information to internal teams.
  • Create and update technical packs for new and existing products in support of the design team as needed.
  • Liaise with suppliers and coordinate delivery of samples, swatches, and branded materials.
  • Coordinate and schedule tasks with the Product Development Team.

Product & Marketing Support

  • Conduct product research to support development and buying decisions.
  • Manage and track distribution of marketing materials to sales representatives.
  • Order, log, and coordinate delivery of signage and branded assets.
  • Assist sales representatives by providing product data sheets, images, or any supporting materials as required.
  • Apply marketing understanding to support campaigns and product launches.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating photoshoots and trade shows.
  • Conduct cold calling to support business development and marketing initiatives.

Customer & Platform Support

  • Support customer onboarding and training for the B2B platform.
  • Handle customer enquiries received via the website, ensuring appropriate follow-up and internal channelling
