  • Design & In-House Creative Production: Personally design and produce marketing assets using platforms like CorelDraw or Adobe Creative Suite. Deliver layouts for brochures, event collateral, presentations, infographics, signage, social media assets, and more. Provide rapid design support to other departments, ensuring all outputs are professional and on-brand.
  • Marketing Collateral & Branded Material: Develop and manage marketing collateral for sales, compliance, operations, and reporting. Create templates for tenders, proposals, presentations, and internal communications. Manage branded merchandise and promotional materials.
  • Internal Communications & Employee Engagement: Lead internal communication strategies, creating messages and campaigns to inform and engage employees across all locations.
  • Event Management & Brand Activation: Plan and manage internal and external events, including expos, roundtables, site visits, and campaigns.
  • PR & Media Coordination: Work with external PR agency, providing briefs and approvals. Ensure media messaging aligns with brand and regulatory standards.
  • Digital Marketing & Website Oversight: Manage digital strategy with agency partners, focusing on content, tone, visual style, and platform engagement.
  • Sustainability & ESG Communications: Develop messaging supporting ESG performance, biodiversity, circular economy, and environmental compliance.
  • Performance Reporting & Budgeting: Manage marketing budget, provide monthly reports to executives, and track ROI.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and ROI reporting.
  • Financial acumen for budgets, procurement, and cost control.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
