Job description

Salary: R 30 000 p/m

Market Sector: Luxury beverages and premium water brands in fine dining, luxury hospitality, and wellness sectors.

Requirements:

  1. Certified Water Sommelier, beverage industry expert, or experienced in premium bottled water (HORECA market: Hotels, Restaurants, Catering).
  2. Strong network in fine dining, luxury hotels, and wellness spaces.
  3. Proven experience in launching and promoting high-end F&B brands.
  4. Exceptional public speaking & presentation skills.
  5. Deep knowledge of the South African luxury market.
  6. Own vehicle & driver's license - mandatory.

Role:

  2. Industry Expertise & Education – Advocate for quality, sustainability, and mineral water benefits.
  3. Public Relations & Content Creation – Engage with media, influencers, and industry leaders.
