Duties & Responsibilities: This is a store-based retail position requiring meeting and exceeding set sales targets each month. Responsibilities include offering an exceptional experience to every client in line with Browns standards, developing long-term client relationships, and managing a client book. You should have a strong desire to meet targets and earn commissions. Providing excellent customer service and demonstrating excellent communication skills are essential.
