Job summary

Key responsibilities include ensuring product availability, managing stock, supporting promotions, administrative tasks, and delivering excellent customer service to drive client satisfaction and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Drive to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to manage promotions and pricing at point of sale.
• Strong reporting and admin skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product availability.
• Check for expired and damaged stock.
• Identify need for promotions to increase sales.
• Inform client of cycle and ensure suitable.
• Complete reports timeously.
• Manage assets and equipment (e.g. coolers, etc.).
• Complete necessary documentation when required.
• Gather feedback from customer complaints, queries and requests and ensure resolution.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained.
• Demonstrate abilities to anticipate and manage change.
