POSITION INFO :

Our client is a reputable company within the retail and distribution sector. They offer a growing national footprint and are focused on strengthening relationships across their store network. The business operates in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

The Key Account Executive will serve as a brand ambassador, responsible for visiting stores, maintaining relationships with store managers and staff, and ensuring product presence and support. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel between stores within the allocated region.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct daily visits to stores in your assigned region
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel
  • Ensure optimal product visibility and placement
  • Monitor and report on stock levels and promotional execution
  • Communicate promotional campaigns and marketing material to stores
  • Provide basic training to in-store staff on product offerings
  • Gather market and competitor intelligence during visits
  • Handle any queries or concerns from store staff professionally
  • Promote brand image and ensure consistent messaging
  • Maintain accurate visit logs and reports
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams for alignment
