Job summary

Dante Personnel in Gauteng is seeking an experienced Branch/Operations Manager to set up and establish new warehouse and branch operations. You will develop and implement efficient warehouse workflow processes and lead a multi-disciplinary team.

The role requires strong stock control, distribution knowledge, budgeting and GP% management, and ensuring safety and compliance. ERP/WMS experience is preferred, with a track record in driving customer service, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Matric with relevant qualification.
• Proven experience in branch, operations, warehouse or logistics management.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Experience with warehouse stock control and distribution operations.
• Financial and commercial management experience, including budgets and GP%.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems; Smart Edge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Set up and establish the new warehouse and branch operations.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse workflow processes.
• Manage branch profitability, budgets and GP%.
• Oversee warehouse, stock control, receiving, dispatch and distribution.
• Lead and manage branch staff across warehouse, sales and administration.
