We are looking for someone who is keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You will need to ensure that excellent customer relations are a priority. You will also need to maintain those relationships and ensure that the agreed standards regarding SLA and database updates are maintained.
You should consider applying if you enjoy the challenge of troubleshooting and problem solving on the spot. You will be required to work overtime, weekends, and standby from time to time.
We would like you to have at least 3 years of experience in a Support Technician role. A+ and N+ certifications are a minimum requirement; however, relevant experience will also be considered. You will be exposed to a wide variety of hardware and software with plenty of growth opportunities within the company - a growth mindset is key and will be rewarded.
This position requires shift work (one week of day shifts and one week of night shifts).
