Job summary

Hollywoodbets is seeking a Team Leader based in Quigney, Eastern Cape, to manage the branch and drive business results. You will lead a team, ensure branch targets are met, and educate guests on products while maintaining compliance and security.

The role requires 12 months in Retail, Gaming, or Betting, a relevant diploma or degree, and leadership experience. A driver’s license is preferred; join a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with the Purple Team.

Qualifications

• 12 months within the Retail, Gaming or Betting industry.
• Diploma/ Degree/ NQF 4 Learnership.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 1-2 Years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targets within branch budgets and drive growth.
• Educate guests on branch products and update betting boards.
• Maintain cash handling and minimize theft risk.
• Ensure daily banking and compliance with EFT/credit policies.
• Manage branch stock and conduct weekly stock takes.
• Ensure compliance with Gambling Board rules and internal controls.
• Lead, schedule and coach branch team members.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve complaints.
