Branch Service Manager - Hygiene (Port Elizabeth)

Position : Branch Service Manager - Port Elizabeth

Salary : R25 000 basic / Cell phone allowance + Fuel card

We have a position available within the hygiene industry in Port Elizabeth for a Branch Service Manager!

Job requirements :

1. Matric Certificate
2. Diploma in Operations Management or equivalent
3. At least 3+ years' management / leadership role experience
4. IR / HR experience will be an added advantage
5. Experience within the retail / hygiene industry will be an added advantage
6. Must be computer literate
7. Must have a valid drivers license / vehicle
8. Excellent communication and people skills
9. Excellent leadership skills

Duties :

1. Full responsibility of services within a Branch
2. Asset Management
3. Customer visits and liaison
4. Excellent problem solving
5. Vehicle maintenance / servicing and check list
6. Supervision of loading and uploading of stock from cages
7. Management oversight and involvement in health & safety procedures in conjunction with health & safety representative
8. Adherence to and achieving stipulated key performance indicators in terms of use of handheld devices
9. Providing services on time and sequencing of services followed
10. Manage installations, maintenance tickets and withdrawals
11. Order & control of stock and warehouse
12. Stock management and control of contract consumables
13. Staff management & training
14. Distribution staff management
15. Attend meetings as required at customers sites
16. Management and coordination of client safety files and safety files at client sites
17. Manage employee medicals
