Qualifications

• Matric / NQF4 is required.
• 2-3 years' experience in agricultural retail with stock control and stock loss reduction.
• 1-2 years' irrigation systems experience including pump sizing and layout design.
• 2-3 years' experience in selling animal health products and veterinary medicines, with knowledge of AFCASA.
• 2-3 years' experience in sale and storage of animal feed.
• Valid Code 08 driver's license is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to learn, grow, and occasionally work after hours.
• A natural people-person who thrives under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day supervision of branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support Branch Manager in monitoring sales, expenses, and budgets.
• Take ownership of stock management including ordering, merchandising, stock control, cash-up and stock takes.
• Manage the animal feed store and related activities.
• General administration and fuel management responsibilities.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain relationships with customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and legislative requirements.
• Drive marketing initiatives and promotions to grow branch performance.
• Ad-hoc tasks as needed.
