Branch Manager with Material Handling Experience and Technical Knowledge (Forklifts / Operations & Maintenance) - Mandatory

We are seeking a Branch Manager with a strong background in Material Handling and technical expertise in Forklifts, Operations, and Maintenance. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a management position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Sales & Part Sales Management experience.
  • Technical Knowledge: Forklifts, Operations, and Maintenance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and IFS systems.
  • Ensuring the achievement of branch performance across various business areas.
  • Setting targets across different revenue streams and ensuring organizational alignment.
  • Managing daily sales activities, including rental, parts, and service targets versus actual performance.
  • Effective staff management and facilitation of work in progress.
  • Ensuring adherence to all administration processes and procedures.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Overtime/standby duties as required.
  • Maintaining a clean criminal record (verification will be conducted).
