THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to join our team. The purpose of this role is to assume primary accountability and responsibility for running a profitable quick-service restaurant. This includes achieving and/or exceeding sales targets, ensuring adequate staffing with competent staff, serving high-quality products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiencies in accordance with company policies and procedures through effective team management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12 with 4years experience in a similar management role.
  • A tertiary qualification is desirable.
  • Experience managing a Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR).
