Branch Manager - Cape Town

Minimum requirements :

• BSc degree in Anatomy and Physiology
• 5+ Years Background and experience in management

Marketing and sales experience

• Theatre experience will be an added bonus

Leadership and Team Management :

• Lead, train, and manage the clinical team to ensure excellent patient care.
• Conduct performance reviews and resolve staff issues to maintain high morale.

Operational Oversight :

• Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to set deadlines.

Quality Assurance :

• Maintain high standards of care by ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee clinical audits and address feedback from surgeons.

Collaboration :

• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Resolve conflicts effectively to prevent disruptions in patient care.

Compliance and Documentation :

• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and oversee accurate clinical documentation.

Financial Management :

• Manage the branch budget and monitor expenses.
• Drive revenue opportunities and oversee billing efficiency.

Health and Safety :

• Ensure infection control measures and safety standards are followed.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions.

Reporting and Communication :

• Provide monthly reports to senior management on branch performance.
• Act as the main point of contact for resolving operational and clinical issues.

Strategic Growth :

• Contribute to strategic planning to expand the branch's capabilities and service offerings.
• Stay updated on new technologies and best practices.

Crisis Management :

• Prepare and lead the team through emergencies and adapt to changes effectively.
