With 12 stores across the country and an efficient online store, we're committed to providing a seamless furniture shopping experience. As the Branch Manager, you'll lead our store and a team of dedicated professionals towards success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and inspire a team of 15+ staff to achieve maximum performance.
  2. Drive branch sales through strategic planning and execution.
  3. Manage daily operations including sales, inventory, and staff management.
  4. Analyze sales data to forecast trends and inform decisions.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  6. Handle customer complaints and uphold the store's reputation for excellence.
  7. Implement in-store promotional events and displays to boost sales.
  8. Manage stock counts, minimize losses and damages.
  9. Oversee financial administration and budget management.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

  • National Diploma / Tertiary Qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • 5 to 6 years of experience in retail management or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Retail Management Systems.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with a successful track record.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
