About The Role

Job Title: Branch Manager

The suitable candidate must be capable of working with and supervising all branch staff, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.

Experience & Qualifications

• Grade 12 National Senior Certificate
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Mining Engineering, or related field
• Computer literacy
• 5+ years in a senior position, preferably in a retail or mining environment
• Driver’s Licence

Regional Manager

Key Performance Areas

1. Planning: Work in accordance with business strategy; manage stock levels according to budget.
2. Motivation: Set achievable targets; foster positive attitude and morale.
3. Co-ordination: Manage debt collection, store activities, sales, expenditure, and asset management.
4. Human Resources: Allocate resources, undertake performance appraisals, identify training needs, ensure compliance, supervise staff, and manage leave.
5. Health and Safety: Ensure adherence to safety standards.
6. General and Daily Tasks: Monitor premises, stock, sales, banking, debtors, petty cash, and job control records.
7. Weekly Tasks: Check tools, equipment, vehicles, stock sheets, and claims.
8. Monthly Tasks: Review debtors, cash flow, sales, budget, gross profit, capital commitments, and staff management.
