Inherent requirements :

  • Matric
  • Diploma / equivalent qualification or relevant industry experience
  • Minimum 10 years’ successful experience in recruitment sales, including Perm and Temporary Employment Services (TES), with a proven track record
  • At least 6 years’ management experience responsible for profitable business operations and budget management
  • Experience in Industrial Relations (IR) and knowledge of IR procedures
  • Experience in managing full-cycle Executive Search assignments from presentation to delivery
  • Proven ability to provide high-volume sales solutions and grow major accounts in TES and Perm sectors
  • Successful track record in new business development and branch/operations management
  • Knowledge of Labour Relations Act (LRA), Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Bargaining Councils, and Sectoral Determinations
  • Financial acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

Duties and Responsibilities :

  1. Facilitate strategic sales and operational planning and execution
  2. Manage branch candidates, clients, and employees effectively
  3. Ensure excellent site operations and customer service
  4. Conduct presentations at board level to secure contracts and SLAs
  5. Monitor and evaluate strategic planning, focusing on gross profit and performance
  6. Oversee operational efficiencies and service delivery
  7. Develop existing client relationships and expand services
  8. Manage end-to-end delivery processes, ensuring they are well-defined and standardized
  9. Maintain effective site operations at client locations
  10. Network and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  11. Manage and achieve branch budgets and profit targets
  12. Lead and develop a high-performance team with clear KPIs aligned with strategic goals
  13. Drive business development and marketing efforts within the region
  14. Ensure quality assurance and compliance
  15. Oversee administration, finance, and reporting
  16. Research client requirements prior to sourcing skills
  17. Build and maintain a skills database
  18. Place job adverts to attract suitable candidates
  19. Source, interview, and select candidates efficiently
  20. Verify candidate credentials and conduct background checks
  21. Maintain organized filing and ensure process compliance
  22. Adhere to the Cluster Quality process
  23. Generate and share sales leads as instructed
  24. Coordinate client interviews and prepare candidates appropriately

Working Hours : 08h00 to 17h00 (Monday to Friday), with overtime as required.
