Job Description

To provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer needs and aspirations. Offer value-adding solutions within a dynamic environment, while adhering to policy and process.

  • Execute work in accordance with organisational values and the code of ethics.
  • Comply with governance and compliance standards; escalate issues for investigation and resolution; identify and escalate risks as part of routine work.
  • Produce high-quality work by following standards, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Utilize enhanced processes to maintain operational efficiencies.

  • Use knowledge and experience to identify and develop solutions that improve service delivery and quality.
