Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer needs and aspirations. Offer value-adding solutions within a dynamic environment, while adhering to policy and process.

1. Execute work in accordance with organisational values and code of ethics.

11. Assist in retaining or acquiring unbanked customers to improve profitability.
12. Maximize sales by promoting packaged financial solutions.
13. Maintain knowledge of all approved products, procedures, and timelines to meet sales targets.
14. Promote adoption of digital and self-service options among clients.
15. Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity within the team.
16. Support cost efficiencies through responsible resource utilization.
17. Meet financial targets and uphold service levels.
18. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
19. Deliver customer service adhering to quality standards.
