Provide operational support related to activities and initiatives that contribute to overall growth and profitability.
Drive sales across product and campaign initiatives to exceed targets.
Deliver customer experience excellence aligned with organisational values and service standards.
Build professional long-term relationships with customers based on trust.
Collect and analyze information and feedback to understand customer needs and deliver quality service.
Deliver service that exceeds expectations through proactive and innovative solutions.
Provide relevant information to customers about products and services.
Ensure understanding of customer needs and align service solutions accordingly.
Communicate how service solutions will be implemented and secure buy-in.
Maintain accurate product knowledge and provide relevant advice to customers.
Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and own issues until resolution.
Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and propose enhancements.
Build relationships to manage expectations, share knowledge, and foster buy-in.
Engage in cross-functional relationships for support and collaboration.
Understand customer requirements, drive value optimization, and advise on product integration and wealth management.
Manage growth of active customer accounts.
Ensure compliance with statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements.
Implement and review policies, governance, and compliance procedures.
Stay informed on legislative changes, industry best practices, and internal procedures.
Identify risks and contribute to risk management strategies.
Develop governance and compliance processes and suggest improvements.
Participate in risk forums and network with specialists.
Provide business intelligence and analyze trends for better decision-making.
Report on service delivery against SLAs and customer targets.
Review work progress and identify areas for improvement.
Identify development needs for self and team, and implement development plans.
Coach and guide team members on the job.
Foster a culture of sharing successes, issues, and ideas.
Build collaborative relationships with peers and stakeholders.
Participate in communities of practice for knowledge sharing.
Manage team performance, including goal setting, coaching, and feedback.
Handle disciplinary actions, recognition, and retention processes per HR policies.
Participate in talent management and recruitment activities.
