Job summary

FNB Heidelberg seeks a Branch Controller to manage branch resources, policies and processes, maximise sales ROCE, and mitigate risks while delivering excellent customer experiences. You will lead operations, drive digital banking adoption, and ensure audit/compliance, with opportunities to grow the customer base and improve service delivery.

You will guide and coach teams, balance competing priorities, and strive for continuous improvement in a dynamic retail banking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
• Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking or related fields
• 4–5 years of experience in branch operations
• Strong understanding of branch operations, audit processes, and risk management
• Experience leading and coaching teams to achieve high performance
