Job summary

A local trading company in Oos-Kaap is seeking a customer service representative to execute assigned responsibilities and provide excellent customer service within a trading branch environment. The ideal candidate must possess Grade 12, have 1-2 years experience in a trade branch, and at least 2 years in customer service and marketing. Strong communication skills in Afrikaans and English are essential, along with good organizational and sales abilities.

Qualifications

Job description

Kern doel van die pos:

Uitvoer van toegedeelde verantwoordelikhede, bemarking en kliëntediens binne ʼn handelstak omgewing.

Minimum Vereistes:

  • Graad 12;
  • 1– 2 jaar ondervinding in handelsomgewing;
  • 2 jaar ondervinding in klientediens en bemarking ‘n aanbeveling.

Vaardighede:

  • Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
  • Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
  • Syfervaardig;
  • Goeie organisasie vermoë;
  • Goeie verkopevaardighede.

Verantwoordelikhede:

  • Lewering van goeie kliëntediens en bemarking;
  • Kontanthantering;
  • Beheer van voorraad;
  • Rakversorging;
  • Uitvoer van administratiewe funksies.
