Job summary

FirstRand Group's FNB Branch Advisor role in Pretoria POP focuses on delivering compliant financial guidance in a high-volume branch. You will understand client needs, offer suitable product solutions, and manage ongoing relationships while adhering to FAIS, FICA and TCF standards.

As part of a dynamic team, you will educate customers on the correct channels, maintain accurate records, and strive to meet branch sales and service targets with ethical conduct and strong planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: NQF Level 5 in Banking or related fields per FAIS
• Understanding of FAIS, TCF and client-centric advice principles
• 1–3 years in customer-facing roles within financial services

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth
• Provide compliant, professional financial advice in a high-volume branch
• Educate customers to the correct banking channel and product solutions
• Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation
• Achieve individual and branch sales and service targets
• Adhere to FAIS, FICA, and TCF requirements and governance
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
• Work independently and in a team to deliver exceptional service
