Job description

Branch Administrator - Specialised Services
A position has become vacant and will be reporting to the General Manager Specialized Services.

The overall purpose of this position is to oversee all the Administrative, HR, and Financial responsibilities of the branch.

Vacancy: Branch Administrator
Location: Helderkruin

Key Areas Of Responsibility Will Include:

  1. Ensure that all Payroll and Salary related concerns are handled accurately and efficiently.
  2. Daily booking of Guards on Posting Sheet.
  3. Billing / Finance.
  4. Personnel Management / HR – Onboarding / Terminations etc.
  5. Fleet Management.
  6. Manage budget allocation for Transport Department / Invoices / PO Request.
  7. Assist and support Manager with financial actions.
  8. Manage all Branch Assets.
  9. Ensure weekly, monthly and quarterly reports are timeously prepared for all sites.
  10. Being a key point of contact for all departments on Branch matters.
  11. Adhere to normal office administration duties, such as answering telephone calls, e-mails, filing, etc.
  12. Implement and adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures.
  13. Manage schedules and deadlines of all administrative functions.
  14. Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the branch to facilitate effective business operations.
  15. Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons.
  16. Prepare monthly reports and assist with presenting performance and other reports to Managers and Executives.
  17. Support Managers, Snr Managers, and Executives with projects and tasks when required.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Grade 12 or Matric Certificate.
  2. A Tertiary qualification will be an advantage.
  3. Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar environment.
  4. Advanced Excel - advantageous.
  5. Payroll knowledge and experience – essential.
  6. Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  7. No criminal record.
  8. Own reliable transport.
  9. Should reside within the Klerksdorp or surrounding areas.

  2. Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and professionally.
  3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Ability to liaise professionally with personnel at all levels.
  5. Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
  6. Must be able to work under pressure.
  7. Own transport is essential.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel as well as to be a fast learner to work on the different Fidelity Security Systems.
