Vacancy: Branch Administrator - Rustenburg

A position has become vacant at the Rustenburg Branch and will report to the Branch Manager. The overall purpose of this position is to oversee all administrative, HR, and financial responsibilities of the branch.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 or Matric Certificate.
  • A tertiary qualification will be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years in a similar environment.
  • Payroll knowledge and experience – essential.
  • Financial knowledge – essential.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • No criminal record.
  • Own reliable transport.
  • Reside within Rustenburg or surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle payroll and salary-related concerns accurately and efficiently.
  2. Daily booking of guards on posting sheets.
  3. Manage billing and finance, including reporting on the MOS report to branch and senior management.
  4. Personnel management, including onboarding and terminations.
  5. Manage fleet and branch assets.
  6. Manage budget allocation for transport, invoices, and PO requests.
  7. Assist the Branch Manager with all functions and financial actions.
  8. Oversee petty cash system and submissions.
  9. Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  10. Serve as a key contact for all branch departments.
  11. Perform office administration duties such as answering calls, emails, and filing.
  12. Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  13. Manage schedules and deadlines for administrative functions.
  14. Ensure effective flow of information within the branch.
  15. Coordinate branch compliance and conduct audits as required.
  16. Oversee facilities, maintenance, and tradespersons.
  17. Assist in preparing and presenting performance reports.
  18. Support managers and executives with projects and tasks.
  19. Engage with security officers regularly.
  20. Handle pension and provident fund submissions.
  21. Assist with UIF documentation.
  22. Provide full branch support functions.
  23. Act as key liaison between the branch and the group.
