Job summary

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a supervisor for the Parow Branch boxroom to safeguard company assets and oversee daily boxroom operations. The role requires ensuring policy compliance, vault control, and incident reporting.

The candidate should have PSIRA Grade C, clear criminal record, and at least 3 years in security, with night shift capability and strong communication. The position demands accuracy, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Clear criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Enforce boxroom policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Check access and search register.
• Report and follow up any incidents that can lead to the company suffering loss.
• Control all boxroom, vaults, safes and clients' spare keys and complete appropriate paperwork.
• Overseeing the distribution and receiving of consignments to and from CIT team.
• Balancing of vaults and locking up.
• Documentation and administration duties.
• Searching duties
• Managing boxroom staff regarding duties & discipline.

Reporting to the Boxroom Team Leader

The above position is vacant at our Parow Branch. The overall purpose of this position is to perform supervisory duties within the boxroom, ensuring the protection of the company's assets.

Minimum Requirements:

• Clear criminal record
• PSIRA accredited with a minimum Grade C qualification
• At least 3 years’ experience in security industry or similar role
