Duties and responsibilities:

• SARS VAT201 submission and recon
• Asset Register / Tax register (Wear & Tear schedule)
• Balance Sheet recons
• Provisions
• Submit Reports for CFO
• Confirming bank details and payments
• Revaluations on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Daily Cashbook and bank recons
• Daily reporting on Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Freight Rates, Cashbook, Transport cost, General Expenses etc
• Assisting Financial Manager with daily duties
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable assistance
