Bookkeeper Legal – Stellenbosch
Job description
A vacancy has arisen in the Finance Department for a Bookkeeper at a reputable firm's offices based in Stellenbosch.
Key Areas of Responsibility include:
- Capturing and reconciling foreign vendor payments.
- Capturing advocate and correspondent invoices.
- Assisting with Reserve Bank clearance applications.
- Processing business and trust EFTs.
- Monthly fee earners billing and invoicing.
- Attending to ad hoc queries from secretaries and directors.
- Prepare files for annual audit.
- Covering for fellow staff members when on leave.
Requirements:
- Matric Essential.
- CMS experience advantageous (Legal Software).
- Banking experience advantageous.
- Law Firm experience advantageous.
- Full working knowledge of MS packages essential.
- Good acumen for dealing with figures.
- Quality Focused.

Remuneration:
