Key Responsibilities
  • Capture and reconcile foreign vendor payments
  • Process advocate and correspondent invoices
  • Assist with Reserve Bank clearance applications
  • Load foreign beneficiaries and payments
  • Process business and trust EFTs
  • Handle monthly billing and invoicing for fee earners
  • Respond to ad hoc queries from secretaries and directors
  • Prepare files for annual audits
  • Provide leave cover for finance team members
Minimum Requirements
  • Matric (Essential)
  • Bookkeeping Diploma (Essential)
  • CMS system experience (Advantageous)
  • Knowledge of forex and banking processes (Advantageous)
  • Experience in a law firm finance environment (Preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Essential)
