Job summary

West Coast Personnel in Parow is seeking a meticulous finance professional to manage cashbook and bank reconciliations, GL and loan account reconciliations, and supplier payments. You will also handle property budgets, rental schedules and reporting, and prepare audit files while liaising with auditors.

The role requires proven bookkeeping and accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SARS and VAT submissions.

Qualifications

• Proven bookkeeping/accounting experience
• Strong MS Office 365 skills, especially Excel
• Experience with SARS and VAT submissions

Responsibilities

• Cashbook processing and bank reconciliations
• General ledger and loan account reconciliations
• Supplier payments and bank account management
• Property budgets, rental schedules and reporting
• Preparing audit files and liaising with auditors
• Insurance administration and claims
• Reporting to the Group CFO and Property Manager
